Mike Mckenzies 30th Anniversary Seminar 15/03/2009
The event was a brilliant success with attendance from Mikes Studio and associated clubs It was good to see all the BTCB instructors and their students thanks to Phil payne Glen Warne Mark Bellafonte John and Andy etc We hope to see them all again soon
There will be some video footage from the Black Belt Demonstration that was put together at the end of the class this will follow soon and be on the Videos Page
Phils wife Amy was also taking video footage so if possible i will try to link to that
Mike Mckenzies 30th Anniversary Seminar
This year marks the 30th Anniversary since Mike started Taekwondo - 15th march 1979. He will be holding a Seminar at the Studio in Rotherham 1pm-4pm Sunday 15th March 2009. Numbers are limited to 40 so please let Donna know in advance if you are going . There will be a Party afterwards
The price will be £10.00 , all grades welcome . Money needs to be in by Monday 9th March at the latest

Kup Grading 8th February 2009
There will be a Kup Grading to be held at HillTop Ladies Gym Gomersal on th Feb 2009. Donna will let you know if you are eligible to take the Promotion Test .
The warm up is at 11.45 AM The grading will start at 12.00PM prompt. Dont be late ....
Make sure your suits are Clean and Pressed

October 26, World Champion Kytu Dang Poomsae SeminarSeveral times European champion, 2007 World champion, and one of, if not, the Worlds leading Poomsae practitioner, Kytu was also involved as (model and practitioner) in the TKD 3D DVD
Sunday the 26th October at Blackpool sports centre , West Park Rd, Blackpool
10.00am – 12.30 Open to all grades, basic movements, and poomsae principles, Taegeuks 4 to 8
1.30pm – 4.00 pm Open to 1st kup and above advanced movements and principles Koryo to Hansoo
5.00 - 6.30, Closed session by invitation only.
Costs; 1 session £15, both Sessions £25, discount available to UKTDC members, please ask Donna for more details

There is to be a Black Belt Dan Grading held in Rotherham at Master Mike Mckenzies in June/July 08. Donna will give exact details when appropriate .
Prior to this there will be a mock Black Belt grading on the last Sunday in May
Well done to David Firth who ran and completed the London Marathon on Sunday 13/04/2008 he came a respectable 25,480th place
