Greetings! This year marks my 30th Anniversary since I strted Taekwondo - 15th march 1979. I will be holding a Seminar at the Studio 1pm-4pm Sunday 15th March 2009. Numbers are limited to 40 so please let me know in advance if coming. Party afterwards

There will be a Kup Grading at Hilltop on Feb 8th warm up starts at 11.45 am Grading will start at 12.00 PM prompt . Donna will let you know if you are eligible . See Gradings page for more information

There will also be an End of Year Seminar for the Kids and Juniors with Master Donna Brook 7 Dec 08 . There will be a Black Belt Demonstartion and an Award giving Ceremony
