Hello me and my partner are interested in coming to your class on monday, neither of us have had any training before what so ever and are both quite unfit. I was just wondering if absolute beginners are welcome, obviously we dont want to hold everyone else up!

been thinking of starting taekwondo for a while, was wondering what would  i need to bring for first session? would  i need a Gi straight away?

hello i am 14 years old and i am  writing to you to learn taekwondo because i am realy interessted and i would like to learn.  i used to do tai chi but gave up because there was no results please may you write back to me your sincely hasan shah
